Rides Zone

Water Zone

Feasibility & Concept

We assess your land, location, catchment area and investment budget. We return a concept brief with recommended zones, attraction mix, cost estimate and revenue projection — at no charge.

Master Plan & Design

We produce a detailed master plan: zone layout, visitor flow, ride placement, F&B and parking. We specify every ride and attraction with manufacturer, certification and cost.

Procurement & Construction

We source certified rides internationally, manage import, coordinate civil contractors, oversee theming and manage the full construction programme to timeline and budget.

Commissioning & Handover

We commission each ride, certify the park for opening, train your operations team and hand over with full documentation — SOPs, maintenance schedules, emergency procedures.
