What We Do

Funventure delivers padel court projects from first site visit to handover. We handle everything — civil design, equipment procurement, installation and after-sales support.

Padel is the fastest-growing racquet sport in Pakistan. Demand for courts is far outpacing supply in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Developers and sports club operators who move now are capturing that demand — and the revenue that comes with it.

We supply everything that goes into a padel court: the steel structure, tempered glass panels to EN12150 standard, WPT-spec artificial turf, LED lighting, nets and fittings. We also manage the civil works — foundations, drainage and surface preparation.

Clients range from housing societies (Karachi and Lahore) and private sports clubs to rooftop installations for urban venues where ground space is limited.

Scope of supply:
  • Site assessment and feasibility
  • Court design and engineering drawings
  • Steel structure supply and erection
  • EN12150 tempered glass panels
  • WPT-specification artificial turf
  • LED sports lighting
  • Nets, posts and all fittings
  • After-sales and maintenance support

What Affects the Cost of a Padel Court?

Every project is priced individually after a site assessment. We do not publish fixed rates because the cost varies significantly based on your site and specifications.

Glass Specification

Tempered glass thickness and panel quality is the single largest equipment cost variable. We use EN12150 certified panels throughout.

Foundation & Civil

Ground conditions vary significantly. Rooftop courts require a structural load assessment. Civil works are quoted separately after site visit.

Lighting

LED sports lighting to WPT lux specification is standard. The number of poles and panel size depends on court orientation and site constraints.

Number of Courts

Multi-court complexes share structural and civil infrastructure, which reduces the per-court cost compared to single-court installations.

Our 4-Step Process

From your first call to the day you open your court, this is how we work.

1

Site Assessment & Feasibility

We visit your site, assess the ground conditions, available space and access. We give you an honest feasibility report including whether a rooftop installation is structurally viable.

2

Design & Specification

We produce court design drawings, specify the right glass grade and turf for your climate and use case, and finalise the engineering for your foundation type.

3

Supply & Installation

We import the steel structure, glass panels and turf. Our installation team erects the court, lays the turf, fits the lighting and commissions the court to playing standard.

4

Handover & After-Sales

We hand over the completed court with full documentation. We remain your point of contact for maintenance, replacement parts and any warranty issues.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a padel court cost in Pakistan?
Padel court cost varies based on court type (outdoor, indoor or rooftop), glass specification, lighting, foundation requirements and how many courts are in the project. Every project is quoted individually after a site assessment — contact us and we will give you an accurate figure for your specific site.
How long does padel court construction take in Pakistan?
A single court typically takes 8–12 weeks from site assessment to handover. Multi-court complexes take 16–24 weeks. The main timeline variables are foundation work, glass import lead times and site accessibility. We give you a firm timeline after the initial site visit.
What size land do I need for a padel court?
A standard padel court requires a playing area of 20m x 10m, plus safety run-offs, bringing the minimum footprint to approximately 22m x 12m. Allow additional space for spectator areas and access. Indoor courts need ceiling clearance of at least 6m.
Can padel courts be built on rooftops in Pakistan?
Yes. Rooftop padel courts are popular in Karachi and Lahore where ground-level space is limited. A structural load assessment is required first. We manage the engineering assessment as part of our site assessment process and have completed rooftop installations successfully.
Do you provide padel court maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer after-sales support including turf replacement, glass panel replacement, net and fixture maintenance and lighting servicing. We also supply replacement parts for the full life of the court. Contact us for a maintenance contract.
What international standards do your padel courts meet?
Our courts are built to World Padel Tour (WPT) and International Padel Federation (FIP) specifications. Tempered glass panels meet EN12150 standards. Turf is supplied to WPT specifications for pile height, density and infill. We can provide certification documentation for each component.
